Inquiry privacy notice

Information collected
The form collects your company name and website, your name and email address, a monthly paid media spend range, the support you are interested in, and any comments you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in comments.
How the information is used
Margin Department uses these details to review your inquiry, assess whether our services fit your needs, and follow up with you by email. We also use the selected spend range to make an internal planning estimate; this is not a price quote. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in a Supabase database and copied into Margin Department’s Notion Clients database for our team to review. We also send an inquiry summary and any note you provide to our team’s operations channel in Slack. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
Abuse prevention
Our server uses your IP address to generate a keyed hash for rate limiting and form verification. The inquiry database stores that hash, not the raw IP address. Hosting providers may process technical request information under their own privacy practices.
